Most of my photography takes place outdoors - from big landscapes to details of patterns and textures. Architecture is another source of inspiration, especially the shapes and colours of modern buildings.

Born and brought up in Central Scotland, I have lived on the borders of south-east London and Kent for many years. Scotland and London remain two of my favourite locations but I enjoy travelling with my camera throughout the UK, Europe and beyond.

I am a member of Beckenham Photographic Society and also of Spectrum Photo Art Group.
